Blind rage helps in this build by making Ash's Blade storm much more deadly toward higher leveled enemies as well as the shurikens to kill slightly further range, but beware that as a corrupted mod, your negative effect with this mod is less efficiency so it will cost more energy to cast.

Streamline in fact help to slightly counter the negative effect given by Blind Rage by bringing up the efficiency a little.

Fleeting Expertise is the same as Blind rage in terms of being a corrupted mod, that being said lt shares the fact that is has BOTH positive and negative effects. However, this mod gives you extra Efficiency at the cost of power durability. This is a very fine trade because in this build you need more strength, range, and efficiency than durability. With this mod (and Streamline) it should bring your Efficiency to a total of 155%.

Stretch is a useful mod for this build mainly because it will extend the range as to you using Blade storm. Allowing you to kill enemies that are slightly further away so you can clear out as many enemies as possible. This will also help your Shurikens that you throw go further for a more ranged attack, as well as allowing you to target an enemy to use Blade storm from further away.

Rage is highly important for this build, Ash himself is a very squishy frame without that Vitality mod increasing his health. Rage allows any damage to your health, damage your energy instead. This will give Ash a much better chance to survive aggressive encounters.

Vitality as mentioned above, basically allows you to gain a big health boost. The more you level this mod, the more health you'll have to survive combined with Rage.

​

Intensify is great for this build for it will increase more of you power strength. This plus Blind Rage will make your power strength go to a total of 193%.

Note: This is referring to a level 6 version of Blind Rage which with Intensify will total to the percentage above.

Last is Flow/Primed Flow. Flow is a mod that allows the player to have an increase in Energy storage. If possible i would recommend Primed Flow over it's regular counterpart for it offers and even LARGER amount of an energy increase. To get the primed version (and all the other primed version of mods), you have to get it from Baro Ki'Teer. But if you don't have the Primed version, the regular Flow mod is good enough because at max rank it will add 150% more to your max energy. Whereas the Primed form adds 275% to your maxed energy.

You don't really need to have the build exactly like the screenshot below. if you plan on making this build much more efficient, i highly recommend adding multiple formas with the matching symbol for the mods so you can max all the mods out and make Ash a MUCH more deadly assassin.
