Narrow Minded on this build allows you to have more time for enemies to be stunned. Since duration doesn't matter on this build, this is the only duration mod you need to make your radial blind last a brief second more so you can kill while having that brief second to regen shields and last a little bit longer.

Blind Rage is one of the most important mods for this build. At max rank, it will give you an additional 99% to power strength and subtract 55% Efficiency. -55% efficiency isn't a bad trade, because since you'll have other efficiency mods, this trade off is excellent to be a very deadly living breathing Sword of magic.

Fleeting Expertise when combined with Blind Rage will easily combat that -55% to efficiency pretty much canceling it out. At default your efficiency is 100%, Blind rage will make that into 65% efficiency, BUT Fleeting expertise will bring that back up to 125% thus canceling out the negative Blind Rage gives.

Intensify will bring your power strength even further, making Exalted blade a very deadly force to behold.

​

Stretch will help bring that range of the radial blind by a fair bit. It will also combat the drop off range on exalted blade and ensure that you have a little more umpf with slicing shit from a distance.

Streamline will further increase your efficiency allowing it to be brought from 125% (because the mods listed above) to 155%, thus allowing your energy drain rate to drain 0.94 energy per second. Making your exalted blade last a very long while assuming you're killing things and more energy drops.

Vitality just like in other builds is great to combat excalibur's low health, making him survive more in fights.

​

Flow allows the ability to have more energy, which in this build is most important because you want to have as much energy as you can. 

• Primed Flow is a must have because unlike is normal self, the Primed version allows you to have even more energy at max rank. maxed Flow = 150% maxed Primed Flow = 275% max energy. To get Primed mods, Baro Ki'Teer will often visit Relays every week or two and he'll have a chance to sell them. take note that you need Ducats to buy them, to get Ducats you must sell Prime Parts/blueprints at any relay.

Steel Charge on this build is always recommended because Exalted blade not only uses 75% of your equipped melee Stats, but it also gets affected by Steel Charge further increasing its damage.
